The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as an information controller, performing duties that are administrative, coordinative and directive in nature for originating, terminating and transiting aircraft. Responsibilities Functions as the Aircraft Dispatcher (Information Controller), responsible for monitoring the sequence of events (SOE) for loading and off-loading of traffic on AMC and other transiting aircraft authorized AMC terminal support. Exercises load planning and traffic control responsibilities for effective utilization of aircraft space assignments and priorities for movement of passengers and cargo originating, transiting, or terminating. Coordinates operational activities with subordinate flights for operational continuity. Communicates and coordinates with outside agencies for operational effectiveness.
