What You’ll Do:
Manage complex international and domestic flight reservations, re-issuances, cancellations, and refunds.
Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) daily to secure the best routes and competitive fares for clients.
Handle fare construction, split-ticketing, and group bookings efficiently.
Provide exceptional support to clients regarding flight schedules, baggage allowances, visa requirements, and transit rules.
Coordinate closely with operations and sales teams to ensure zero-error ticketing execution.
