Position Summary:
Responsible for managing and coordinating air import and export operations, ensuring timely execution, cost efficiency, and compliance with service standards. This role requires close communication with international teams, vendors, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate air import and export shipments from end to end. - Manage and follow up on bookings with airlines and consolidators. - Coordinate pickups and deliveries with logistics providers. - Maintain constant communication with overseas agents for shipment tracking. - Provide customer service, including status updates and issue resolution. - Manage relationships with vendors (airlines, carriers, agents). - Ensure accurate data entry in internal systems (e.g., Cargo Wise). - Prepare and validate billing/invoices. - Generate operational reports using intermediate Excel. - Ensure compliance with internal processes and international trade regulations. - Identify opportunities for process improve...
