What You Can Expect:

• Full management of air export and import shipments.
• Coordination with airlines, cargo agents, and logistics partners.
• Preparation and control of shipping documentation: AWB, HAWB, invoices, packing lists, certificates, etc.
• Tracking shipments and proactively resolving issues or delays.
• Direct communication with clients, offering timely and tailored logistics solutions.
• Liaison with customs agents to ensure proper clearance procedures.
• Manage the controls and procedures assigned in compliance matters.
• Gather evidence of compliance and effectiveness of the controls and procedures assigned in compliance matters.

What You Bring:

• CFGS in International Trade, Transport and Logistics or related.
• Minimum experience of 3 years in freight forwarding.
