Overview

Air Import Clerk role at TieTalent. This role supports and expands the growing, business-critical High Value Works of Art section of our client's business. It requires specialist knowledge of customs procedures, specialized handling, and often complex booking arrangements. The client has airport passes enabling oversight of freight in the cargo shed and airside on the tarmac during loading. A full training program will be provided to cover these areas as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting the general administration of the Artwork Section.
• Data entry of work in NetFreight (Operational System) & Descartes.
• Checking paperwork to ensure documents are in order for entry.
• Assisting in customs documentation and entries, both import and export.
• Development of knowledge of Air, Sea and Road Freight markets and procedures.
