Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle air import operations, including cargo clearance, warehouse activities, and transport coordination
- Liaise with ground handlers and understand their operational workflows
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Customs and relevant regulatory requirements
- Manage service providers involved in cargo terminal clearance, warehouse handling, transportation, and permit submissions
- Track project shipments from arrival to final delivery and documentation confirmation
- Ensure cargo safety and security standards are followed based on SOPs and compliance requirements
- Work closely with Customer Service teams to ensure smooth delivery operations
- Verify and track operational costs and invoices from service providers
- Support incident reporting and assist in resolving issues using 8D and corrective action processes
