Key Tasks:

• Efficient and smooth handling of import/export shipments – preparation of HBL/HAWB, MBL/MAWB draft, manifest, billing, input costs, track & trace events, and pre-alert to overseas stations.
• Timely preparation of all related shipping supporting documentation with accuracy and efficiency for exports such as invoices, packing list, B/L, AWB, C/O, L/C and other relevant shipping documents.
• Coordinating import/export shipment with local & overseas customers, shipping agent, sub-contractor, port agents and truckers for all import and export related transportation arrangement matters.
• Monitor daily export shipment/delivery requirements.
• Maintaining latest customer contact to ensure quality service provided to customer.
