• To liaise with Airlines / Co-loader / Shipping liner agents as well as International agents for shipment booking, arrangement, and movement (Import & Export)
• To communicate with internal team members and Departments to smoothen shipment movement and process
• Preparation of documents for Air and Sea freight export/import shipments
• Monitoring of import/export shipment movement (in all areas).
• Monitor and reply emails from local and international / shipping liners / co-loaders with regards to shipment status, or other inquiries related to assigned task.
• Updating and submission of daily report
• Filing of documentation after shipment closed

• Age: 30 to 38 years old
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Administration/Marketing/ Accountancy, BS. Customs Administration
