The AI Solutions Analyst is the bridge between business needs and technical delivery. You'll take incoming requests for AI agents and automations, document clear requirements, design conversation flows, and ensure the engineering team has everything they need to build the right solution. This role combines business analysis skills with AI literacy and enough technical understanding to communicate effectively with engineers. You'll work with stakeholders to understand what they need, translate that into specifications, and coordinate through delivery and acceptance.
