We're looking for an experienced and energetic AI Research & Operations Analyst Lead to lead and mentor our team of Associate AI Research & Operations Analysts. You'll be the connective tissue between cutting-edge AI experimentation and real-world business execution — mentoring a team of 5–10 analysts, scoping incoming AI requests from across the organization, and rolling up your sleeves to help explore and answer technical and operational questions regarding GenAI.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is equally comfortable in a 1:1 coaching session, collaborating with different stakeholders, and a debugging session. You'll help shape how Internet Brands adopts and scales AI across its portfolio.What You'll Do:
