We are looking for an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of a voice bot platform focused on collections automation. The role will drive product strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of AI-driven customer interaction systems aimed at improving recovery rates and customer experience in the lending lifecycle.

This role will manage a cross‑functional team composed of Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and QA specialists, and will work closely with executive stakeholders in Collections and Risk functions.
