Role Mission

As AI Engineering & Platform Lead, you will act as the central technical authority for the company’s AI capabilities, leading the industrialization and scalability of AI solutions across the organization. You will be responsible for building and governing the enterprise AI platform, ensuring robust architecture, integration with the IT landscape, and alignment with engineering best practices. Working closely with the Digital Transformation team, you will drive the technical execution of AI initiatives, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure and operationally efficient. You will also play a key role in leading and developing the AI technical community, fostering talent growth, defining standards and enabling collaboration across cross-functional teams at both local and integral level.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategic roadmap and technical evolution of the enterprise AI platform (e.g. Azure Machine Learning, Databricks).
