Key Responsibilities:
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Define and execute AI strategy aligned to business goals across the organisation.
- Design and deliver AI solutions (GenAI, NLP, chatbots, voice bots, and LLMs) to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Build, deploy, and integrate scalable AI models and solutions into existing systems.
- Analyse data to generate insights and support model development and business decisions.
- Drive innovation through research, experimentation, and adoption of emerging AI technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and governance standards.
- Provide training, documentation, and continuous improvement of AI capabilities.
