Overview:

The Business Process Manager (BPM) will lead business process review, optimization and operational efficiency initiatives across Satellite Office. This role is responsible for identifying inefficiencies, simplifying workflows, standardizing operational practices, and introducing AI-enabled automation to reduce manual and repetitive activities.

The BPM will work closely with business leaders and operational teams to assess current-state processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement practical solutions that improve productivity, turnaround times, quality, scalability and employee experience.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role requiring strong analytical capability, operational thinking, stakeholder engagement and practical understanding of AI tools and automation technologies.
