**Position Overview**

As a Junior AI Data Scientist, you will support business areas including Merchandising, Allocations, Marketing, IT and Supply Chain Analytics teams with insights gained from analyzing Burlington and external data. Must be passionate about building AI-driven solutions beyond traditional machine learning models. This role focuses on applied Artificial Intelligence including Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), intelligent automation, and AI-powered decision systems to enhance retail operations and customer experiences.
