There is no shortage of AI demos in fintech. There is a shortage of AI that actually moves the needle for merchants. AI that lowers cost to serve, sharpens credit decisions, automates the work that drains people and builds defensible advantage. That is the gap we want you to close at Lesaka. This is a build it role. You will stand up our AI Centre of Excellence, run a structured Innovation Sandbox and deliver use cases through to production with engineering discipline.

The Role

You will identify, validate, govern and realise the value of AI across the Merchant Division. You will translate business problems into AI powered solutions that improve merchant experiences, reduce cost to serve, enhance operational efficiency and build sustainable competitive advantage.
