The Senior Manager, AI Adoption & Workforce Transformation – plays a critical role in helping organizations reimagine the future of work through the application of agentic AI.

This role is focused on guiding clients through end-to-end workforce transformation journeys — from redefining how work is structured, to embedding AI-powered ways of working at scale. The individual will work closely with senior stakeholders to redesign workflows, uplift workforce capabilities, and drive meaningful adoption of AI tools across the enterprise.
