The AI Adoption & Enablement Lead is responsible for driving enterprise-wide adoption of AI by fostering an AI-first mindset and enabling stakeholders through structured programs. This role supports cultural transformation in collaboration with Change management and HR to organizing training awareness sessions and communication strategies that promote understanding and engagement with AI tools and workflows.

The role ensures that AI enablement efforts are aligned with business goals and tracked through adoption metrics. It serves as a bridge between technical teams and business units helping to demystify AI and embed it into daily operations and decision‑making processes.
