Job Description

What you will do

  • Lead full-cycle risk-based inspection (RBI) implementation and stewardship
  • Perform advanced integrity assessments (, brittle fracture, flexibility analysis, corrosion evaluations)
  • Develop and manage fit-for-purpose risk-based strategies
  • Conduct criticality assessments and consequence/complexity ratings
  • Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and bad actor elimination
  • Provide technical oversight and quality assurance for service providers and internal teams
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers in technical development
  • Drive adoption of digital tools and analytics for process improvement
  • Facilitate stakeholder discussions and incorporate lessons learned into future planning
