Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of date palm farms to ensure efficient and productive agricultural activities
- Monitor and manage irrigation, fertilization, pollination, pruning, and harvesting processes
- Implement pest and disease control measures to maintain crop health and maximize yield
- Coordinate and oversee farm workers ensuring tasks are completed safely and effectively
- Conduct regular inspections of date palm trees and recommend corrective actions when required
- Maintain records of farm activities, crop performance, and resource utilisation
- Ensure compliance with agricultural best practices, safety standards, and company procedures
- Support farm management in planning seasonal activities and improving overall farm productivity
