Our client, a well-regarded law firm in Cumbria is seeking an Agricultural Property lawyer of 2 or more years’ PQE. This is a varied and rewarding role focusing on rural, agricultural, and landed estate matters, as well as some broader property law matters. You will play a key role in advising landowners, farmers, estate managers, agri-businesses and private clients, providing practical, commercially aware advice across a wide range of property-related issues.

To be considered you will ideally have experience in handling at least some of the following types of Agricultural and Estates related property transactions, including:

• Buying, selling, leasing and management of Land, Farms, Woodlands and Landed Estates
• Dealing with agricultural secured lending
• Negotiating documents in relation to renewable energy projects
• Agricultural tenancies, licences, rights of way, easements, and covenants affecting land
