Agile Transformation – Principal Consultant

Location: London (Hybrid)

Base pay range: Principal Consultant: up to £97,000 + £5,900 travel allowance

Bonus: up to 15% plus pension and full benefits package

Overview: A leading global management consultancy is expanding its Agile Strategy & Transformation capability within Financial Services. This team is recognised as a thought leader in organisational agility, helping major banking, insurance, payments, wealth and pensions organisations fundamentally re‑design how they operate, deliver value, and respond to change.

This is an advisory‑led transformation role, not delivery‑focused. The team is specifically looking for candidates with experience shaping enterprise‑wide agile strategy, operating models, and ways of working, rather than hands‑on Agile Coaches or delivery‑only Project Managers.
