As an Agile Programme Manager, you will be responsible for planning, leading, organising, coaching and motivating Agile project teams to translate business objectives into deliverable projects.

Key Performance Agile and Project Planning: Provide the Agile team with tools and techniques to increase collaboration, innovation, adaptability and flexibility to perform at the highest level.

Establish and embed an adapted Agile Manifesto to govern the principles of Agile development within the company's innovation and moonshot projects.
