Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior SAFe authority responsible for transformation activities across all OIP Agile teams
- Establish, refine, and operationalize Agile processes including ceremonies, PI cadence, backlog standards, WSJF prioritization, flow management, and value delivery governance
- Create and enforce minimum expectations for Agile team operations, including Jira and Jira Align configuration and synchronization with Lean Portfolio Management
- Lead the end to end Epic development process, translating strategic needs, problem statements, and stakeholder insights into actionable, value driven Epics
- Ensure Epics are assessed for impact, feasibility, dependencies, and alignment with program objectives
- Oversee iteration based planning and execution, including capacity allocation, flow efficiency, risk identification, mitigation, tracking, and reporting
