So, what's the role all about?

We’re looking for a German‑speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our high‑performing EMEA Sales Development team, supporting growth across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

In 2026, our SDR organisation is focused strongly on driving pipeline for NICE’s AI‑first solutions, with a primary emphasis on Cognigy— a recognised leader in Conversational and Generative AI across Europe. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, introducing NICE’s AI‑powered technologies, uncovering their needs, and booking qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives (...
