1.Extract, manage and analyze sales data to support Line Manager design and optimize compensation scheme for Agency channel to achieve business strategic objectives
2. Consolidate compensation appeal cases
3. Support Line Manager in budget planning and forecasting; and prepare periodic reports on budget tracking for Line Manager and Head of department
4. Prepare MAPA monitoring plan documents aligning with key stakeholders and get endorsement from Line Manager
5. Any other tasks assigned
