Salary from 65,000 to 90,000

My client are currently recruiting for an Agency Channel Manager to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing a large team of agents.
  • Build and maintain relationships with agents, agency leaders.
  • Conduct sales meetings with brokers and agents.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and manage agency complaints.

    • Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in a similar role.
  • Thai National only with good level of English.
  • Strong relationship building skills.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to drive performance.
