- Oversee the daily operations of the student care class, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all students.
- Communicate effectively with centre’s team and parents regarding student progress and centre activities.
- Design, develop and implement engaging enrichment programmes and activities that cater to the learning needs of the students.
- Coach, supervise and ensure completion of daily school homework for primary students, this includes English and Chinese spelling.
- Ensure safe and timely transfer of students from school to student centre, including coordination pick-ups from nearby schools.
- Regular liaison with parents and caregivers on their children’s behaviour and learning progress, fostering strong relationships.
- Perform various administrative duties and maintain the upkeep of the centre’s premises.
