Overview of the Role

FAMCO is seeking an experienced After Sales Manager – New Product Development to drive aftermarket growth, new business development, and customer expansion across the Oil & Gas, Industrial Equipment, and Marine sectors. This role is responsible for developing and executing growth strategies for aftermarket parts, service contracts, maintenance solutions, and technical support services while identifying new revenue streams and enhancing customer retention.

The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with commercial leadership to drive sales growth, develop new products and services, expand market share, and build long‑term relationships with customers operating within Oil & Gas Equipment, Marine Equipment, Air Compressors, and Industrial Applications.
