Job Description
Job responsibility
- Collect equipment fault information (including historical data, fault recordings, etc.) and report/feedback to the regional supervisor.
- Conduct inspection of arrived goods and request the client/owner to sign the goods receipt.
- Review the quantity of replacement spare parts for the client, conduct a preliminary analysis of the reasons for replacement, and report/feedback to the regional supervisor.
- Provide maintenance and follow-up support for key client projects.
- Execute and implement the requirements from the R&D team, provide the estimated completion time, and report/feedback to the regional supervisor.
- Forecast the on-site spare parts demand (3 months in advance) and report/feedback to the regional supervisor.
