Salary Range: $30.00 To $35.00 Hourly
Agency Profile: Spectrum Health & Human Services (SHHS) respectfully partners with adults, children and families as they recover from behavioral, emotional, mental health and/or substance related disorders by offering individualized and meaningful opportunities of hope, empowerment and support to achieve self-defined improvements in their quality of life.
LOCATION: Remote position, but will have to occasionally come into the office if needed, for trainings, etc.
Must live near or in Erie county
SUMMARY OF POSITION FUNCTION:
Ensure that all clients from Spectrum and other Agencies who contract with Spectrum Health & Human Services (SHHS) receive the support and/or services needed when accessing the SHHS after-hours crisis line. Ensure that these clients are safe, and that they have the proper assistance in managing their crisis or emergency. Stabilize the cl...
