AFFORDABLE HOUSING MAINTENANCE WORKER - FULL TIME - 40 HOURS PER WEEK - MONDAY - FRIDAY
Do you have building maintenance (plumbing, electrical, dry wall) and grounds keeping experience? This important Maintenance Worker role offers a variety of tasks including snow removal and landscaping, c onducting re gular inspections and performing preventative maintenance tasks to ensure systems are functioning properly and to avoid potential issues plus ensuring our 42-unit Affordable Living Community and the surrounding grounds and small equipment are safely mainta in ed. Other daily tasks include responding to work order requests and maintaining a comfortable environment for staff, residents and visitors. As needed, guaranteeing vacant units are in move-in ready condition by completing necessary repairs, painting, cleaning, and preparing the unit for new residents.
This role does have on-call weekend and holiday emergency on-call hours.
