Description

PURPOSE

Support the execution of the Company’s Acquisition of Senior Affordable Housing initiatives by a) performing financial analysis and underwriting of acquisition opportunities, b) leading and coordinating project due diligence, c) working with the acquisition and development team to facilitate, manage, and execute on deal milestones and effectively communicating throughout the acquisition and closing process to the seller, internal team members, legal, vendors, HUD and state agencies.

The Acquisition Senior Analyst will support all aspects of the acquisition cycle from site identification, bidding, underwriting, contract negotiation, third party inspections, due diligence, closing and changeover to construction, asset management and operations housing teams.
