The Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who already knows the affiliate and performance marketing landscape across LATAM and the U.S. Someone who has relationships with agencies, advertisers, and networks. Someone who understands cost-per-lead programs, ecommerce affiliate campaigns, and the players who run them. Someone who can pick up the phone, send a message, or walk into a conference and open doors. This is not a role where you follow a script. You will own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close. You report directly to the CEO. There are no layers, no politics, and no bureaucracy. If you bring results, you will be rewarded.
