The Affiliate Lead is accountable for driving Dermorepubliq’s affiliate marketing strategy, execution, and revenue growth across key e-commerce platforms— Shopee, Lazada, and most especially TikTok. This role owns the end-to-end affiliate ecosystem, ensuring strong creator acquisition, high performing partnerships, and scalable systems that deliver profitable GMV growth.

As part of the growth engine of the business, the Affiliate Lead balances aggressive revenue targets with cost efficiency — optimizing commission structures, scaling high-performing affiliates, and maximizing ROI across platforms. The role requires deep understanding of social commerce dynamics, particularly TikTok’s creator-driven conversion model.
