About the opportunity

We are looking for a highly analytical and structured Operations Excellence Associate to support AFC Operations in driving performance, efficiency, and operational scalability.

This role sits at the intersection of operations, analytics, and strategy execution, supporting leadership with data-driven insights, governance, and process optimization across Fraud, Sanctions, and Financial Crime operations.

You will play a key role in enabling operational decision-making, improving performance frameworks, and driving cross‑functional efficiency initiatives.

In this role, you will be doing:

Performance & Analytics

• Own AFC operational performance reporting (KPIs, SLAs, KRIs).
• Deliver monthly performance packs and executive insights.
• Support MBRs, committees, and leadership reviews with data analysis.
• Identify trends, risks, and efficiency opportunities.
