SUMMARY

Ensure Atec product quality through the application of inspection processes to verify and document conformity to all

customer and engineering requirements at planned control points in the manufacturing process


ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Interpret oral and written instructions, specifications, and engineering drawings

Competence in interpreting drawing standards per ASME Y14.5 (GD&T) and customer specifications

Training and basic operations of the CMM with proven programs, set up and probe calibrations, and ARM operations on PC-DMIS

Verification of current calibration on all measurement equipment used for product acceptance and reporting any damaged or nonconforming equipment to Quality Management

Document CMM and manual measurements in quality records, AS9102 First Article Inspection Reports, or other forms, as appropriate per process performed
