**Description:**
You will be the Aeronautical Engineer, Conceptual Design Staff for the Conceptual Design team which is responsible for advancing innovative aircraft concepts.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Aeronautical Engineer, Conceptual Design you will be responsible for shaping the technical direction of Lockheed Martin Aeronautics’ Conceptual Design effort, mentoring peers, and ensuring rigorous standards across programs.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Develop, implement, and execute technical standards and associated processes for conceptual design.
+ Partner with deployed Conceptual Designers to deliver high‑quality support on programs.
+ Mentor and grow the next generation of Conceptual Design technical leaders.
+ Collaborate across sites to align design strategies with program objectives.
+ Ensure compliance with all aircraft design competencies and regulatory requirements.
