Job Description
**Valvoline Instant Oil Change is currently looking for Assistant Managers**
**$20.00 to start $21.00 to start with a NY York State Inspectors license**
**Responsibilities:**
+ Learn new skills to get promoted quickly and start a great career!
+ Under the direction of a Service Center Manager (SCM), an AM assists in various aspects of customer care, facility maintenance and merchandising activities
+ Ensures equipment is in proper working order and housekeeping standards are being met
+ Follows all policies / procedures related to point of sale (POS) transactions, inventory integrity, reverse logistics, cash, credit, checks, refunds and return policies
+ Works with the management team to react to customer service issues, guest complaints, and / or business opportunities
+ Drives sales goals for service center operation, through personal engagement with guests and by observing / coaching fellow team members on their customer interactions
