Responsibilities

• Participation in M&A, debt and capital market operations
• Corporate reorganizations
• Estate and succession planning
• Drafting documents in Portuguese and/or English (meeting minutes, contracts, reports, Power Point presentations, Excel spreadsheets, legal opinions)
• Assisting junior lawyers and interns with document review, guidance, and agenda control

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Corporate for a Junior candidate
• 4 to 6 years of experience in Corporate for a Mid-level candidate
• Postgraduate completed or in progress in Corporate Law, Accounting or related fields
• Knowledge of accounting considered a differentiator
