Responsibilities

• Handle and manage the company’s assignments primarily in relation to tax advisory work for companies and individuals.
• Assist with incorporate restructuring, tax due diligence and other advisory jobs.
• Research, analyze and interpret tax legislation / tax incentives.
• Assist in tax audit and investigation engagements.
• Assist in real property gains tax, stamp duty and indirect tax engagements.
• Monitor and update any technical and business developments.
• Hold meetings with clients, business associates and officers from government authorities, as and when required.
• Assume other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the company from time to time.

Requirements

• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Taxation or equivalent.
