Advisor, Shared Services FA

Responsible for the Fixed Asset Management. The full cycle of the fixed asset process includes assigning Capital and Expense Project numbers, creating Fixed Asset numbers, performing fixed asset disposal, transfer transactions in SAP, month-end capital accruals and sub-reports.

In this role you will:

• Create and monitor new Capex projects.
• Maintain fixed asset management.
• Prepare sub-reports for month-end closing.
• Monitor open projects that are overdue.
• Research items and make adjusting journal entries as necessary.
• Download SAP reports to complete audit workpapers.
• Prepare reconciliations for assigned accounts within the Blackline system.
• Provide support to internal and external audit and serve as an SAP super user.
• Participate in the continuous quality improvement process and dedicate to stakeholder satisfaction.
