Job Description
- Lead all external communications, from weekly status calls to high-stakes quarterly business reviews (QBRs), ensuring the client feels supported and informed.
- Consolidate fragmented project updates into a cohesive brand narrative, ensuring all efforts across departments are moving toward the same goal.
- Facilitate seamless collaboration between the Influencer Marketing and Content Strategy teams to ensure talent selection perfectly matches the creative vision.
- Oversee internal workflows to ensure deliverables are met on time, stepping in to provide strategic course correction when internal efforts drift from the clients brief.
