We have an exciting opportunity for an independent, autonomous Prescribing Clinicians to support our Urgent Care service at our Keynsham base within the out of hours (OOH) period both during the week and on weekends.

*Part and full time rota patterns available*

Working from our Primary Care Centre in Keynsham as an Independent, autonomous Prescribing Clinician you will work as part of our multidisciplinary team to deliver safe and timely care to those accessing our Integrated Urgent Care Service, providing a variety of shift opportunities to include:

• Face to face shifts at our base in Keynsham Health Centre
• Mobile shifts undertaking home visits to patients who are unable to travel to a primary care centre, supported with a fully equipped medical car

Our service works to coordinate health and care services to patients and where clinically appropriate, utilise alternative pathways to emergency admission.
