About the Role

Minth North America is seeking a highly motivated Advanced Stamping / Roll Forming Process Engineer to join our fast-growing Body Structure Technology Center (BTC NA). This role is critical in driving manufacturing excellence through feasibility studies, design optimization, and advanced tooling development using simulation technologies.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise in stamping and roll forming processes, a deep understanding of sheet metal and metallurgy, and a proactive mindset to challenge conventional approaches.
