Job Description
Lead patient safety initiatives and optimize site operations as an Advanced Site Operations Coordinator. Oversee clinical operations, staffing, and patient placement in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Reporting to the manager, this role requires a prioritization of patient care and safety through effective administrative management during after-hours. You will coordinate resources and lead health services with a focus on strategic, equitable care delivery. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, extensive nursing experience, and the ability to mentor staff towards improving patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
