The Wound & Ostomy team at Cleveland Clinic's Fairview Hospital is seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner to join their inpatient team on a PRN basis.

This provider will provide inpatient coverage to the West Region- primarily at Fairview Hospital and occasional coverage at Avon Hospital.

**Schedule:** PRN (8-hour shifts) on an as needed basis to ensure adequate hospital coverage for wound and ostomy care. Possibility to cover Saturday

***Wound & Ostomy certification is preferred**

_Nationally certified Advanced Practice Provider who provides primary and/or specialty care in a variety of healthcare settings. Functions in collaboration with the health care team in accordance with certification and licensure. Practice emphasizes health promotion, disease prevention and the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic health problems. Responsible for dissemination of knowledge through instructing, leading and developing educational programs._
