Job Description
**Role Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our Pediatric Gastroenterology team. This role is focused on our Ambulatory Constipation Clinic, where you will lead the evaluation and management of patients with chronic functional constipation.
As the primary point of contact for these families, you will initiate comprehensive care plans and provide the consistent follow-up necessary to achieve successful long-term outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Clinical Assessment: Lead comprehensive evaluations of pediatric patients, including detailed history-taking, physical examinations, and the review of prior diagnostic studies.
+ Evidence-Based Management: Diagnose and manage functional constipation using current clinical guidelines, initiating both pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic interventions.
