As an Advanced Practice Provider in Family Medicine, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will work with 4 physicians and 3 advanced practice providers who place high importance on teamwork and collaboration. Our team is well-known for synergy, and high patient satisfaction scores.
+ You will practice at Hurricane Valley Clinic (https://intermountainhealthcare.org/locations/hurricane-valley-clinic) **in Hurricane, UT**
+ Your hours will be full-time,andyourschedulemay be 3 to 4 days per week depending onthe clinic'sneeds. Our clinicis open Monday – Friday 7am – 7pm weekly.
