We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our NPI team, leading the successful introduction of new products from concept through to production. This is a hands-on role ideal for an engineer with strong experience in automotive manufacturing covering mould tooling and manufacturing process developments. You'll work closely with design, quality, supply chain and production teams to ensure products are launched on time, on budget and Right First Time. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and validation of manufacturing and assembly processes. Manage injection mould tooling projects from concept through supplier selection, trials and production release. Apply DFM/DFA principles to optimise product and tooling designs.
